Are they a limited company? Or what name are they trading under?
ETA: whoops sorry, loaded the page - got distracted with housework and didn't refresh when I came back! You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
What email address were you using? sales@silkroad88.com or sales@silkroad88.co.uk?
According to a company check....the company is currently under proposal to strike off. Not looking good unfortunately.

Out of date it seems. It seems the company changed hands in february 2014 when all 3 board members resigned and a new single board member was appointed. One Ms Huong Tran.
It was also around the same date the companies registered office was changed from norfolk to wimbledon. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Outside of paypals protection period?
The address hasn't changed - it still says .com. Just its quite strange the email address would be .com when the web address is .co.uk. And that web domain (.com) doesn't seem to exist so logical thinking lead me to believe it should be .co.uk and not .com.You keep using that word. Interestingly, Wayback Machine shows that the flat address on their Contact Us page was exactly the same on 22nd August 2014 as it is now.
Did you also notice that there are two different 0800 phone numbers on their Contact Us page? Have you tried them both?0
