Sent an Iphone to this company, tracked by the post Office and it has been delivered but they are saying they haven't received it. What is my next move i have sent an email saying i have been in touch with Trading Standards and they are in breach of contract.

TS is a pathetic helpless body.
Your next move is a Letter Before Action, then a SCC claim. This is assuming that the company has some assets making it possible to enforce the court decision if you win.

That said, RM's so called "proof of delivery" in fact doesn't prove anything at a closer look. The only it proves is that (1) someone (2) somewhere received the package and signed for it.

Thank you for your reply, i'll wait a couple of days to see if they respond, then if not I'll send a Letter Before Action.

Just an update, they responded by email saying my phone was dented on the top right, bottom left, deep scratches on screen, scratches on the back. I have had a cover on the phone since I bought it so I know this is lies, they have offered me half the price or to return my phone. Looking at reviews for the company some customers got phones returned that weren't theirs.

Well, you should have done some research before sending your beloved phone to some crooks, not after. What you say is typical for 99% of such companies, nothing unexpected.
Now, when you refuse to accept the offer they will improve it. If you refuse again they will make their money by charging some ridiculous amount for sending the phone back.

You should have taken good photos of the phone and took a note of its IMEI.

I've got photos and know the IMEI, it was on Top Cashback website, so I thought they would be ok. As you say I should have down my homework beforehand, lesson learned, I've used other recyclers in the past and never had any problems.

Being on Topcashback can sometimes be a guarantee of them being a crook. I stopped using TCB months ago because of that.
