As their website seems to not be dealing with demand, does anyone know of any similar no fees thingies other than banks?
The only one I can find is https://www.revolut.com , but it looks like it requires pre-loading.

And also has the large downside of not actually existing yet!
There are no other equivalent products (which is why supercard is being treated like a wonder product!). The closest you can get are the well publicised fee free debit and credit cards.0 -
Fair enough, already got a fee-free debit, but nice to have a backup anyway.0

Not so great, looking at the possible discrepancy between the Visa and Mstercard exchange rates.
Yesterday;
Visa:1 BRITISH POUND = 1.5500000001 UNITED STATES DOLLAR
Mastercard: 1 BRITISH POUND = 1.576399 UNITED STATES DOLLAR
Even today, Visa is only showing 1 BRITISH POUND = 1.5631000001 UNITED STATES DOLLAR on a mid-market rate of 1.579520 -

Yeah I noticed that a couple of days ago
ago. It would need to be replicated daily with different currencies to really show anything though.0 -

Visa is lower in every important currency. Though the difference is not as pronounced.0 -

But are they everyday?
EDIT: From only 3 days data and 2 currencies ($,€) it looks like Mastercard are consistently significantly better. Across the 6 different comparisons Mastercard gave you an average of 1.9% more.
Clearly it's hardly statistically justified, but I don't have the patience or inclination to make this a multi-day study!0 -
Revolut is available, I have the app/currency card0
