I used ice lolly. Would never again. We was ripped off royally. Go to a proper travel agent and get some excellent real person customer service. I now use the co op.

Im quite scared to, knowing my luck they wont have a room or they wont have seats on the plane as its just me and my 2 kids, worrying incase they both up but yes prices are great.

I have used on the beach 10 times over the last 3 years and have had no problems yet, ..I also have two more holidays booked with them, all going smoothly so far..

I think it's pretty hit and miss with any company. Ideally you should check the reviews and play the averages.

All companies have bad days, it's how good they are at dealing with them that makes the difference!

I was on my honeymoon a couple of years and awoke to find a workman banging tiles outside my bedroom door.

Wasn't expecitng this on my honeymoon and certainly wasn't expecting this from a Sensatori resort.

The rep was useless, not her fault, just had ZERO authority. So i took my complaint (with video and photo evidence) to twitter and had a $200 credit added to my hotel account within 2 hours.

Moral of the story, whoever you travel with, make sure they have a social media account and make sure they respond to complaints.

PS. having a decent camera phone is also useful!

PS Icelolly.com is a booking agent, kind of like a comparison site. I bet if the proverbial hit the fan they would do very little to put it right.
