"how to appeal" is in the NEWBIES sticky thread a few threads above this one
clearly you have not read it , so please do so asap0 -
Do you rent your property or own it (leasehold)? What EXACTLY does your tenancy agreement or lease say about parking?0
-
I rent the flat, I emailed my landlord about the lease, but haven;t heard anything yet.0

Read the newbies, but got confused what should I do at this stage as I am not the keeper of the car. Should I write the appeal letter with my parking permit?0
-
you are the keeper of the vehicle whilst its leased to you for the duration of your own car being in the garage0
-
The law regarding keeper liability for these charges draws a distinction between the registered keeper and the keeper. You are not the registered keeper but, as Redx says, for the time being you are the keeper.Je suis Charlie.0

So what should I do? waiting for the written notice or making my appeal within their 21 day time limit?0

Just had a message from my landlord ask me to ring the company to explain I live there, that's what he did last time. Wish me have same luck as his.0

Rang them this morning without any luck. So going to write a appeal letter.0
