Gladstone Solicitors letter on behalf of PCM/DRP

Hi I wonder if anyone would be able to help me.
I have received a letter from Gladstone solicitors stating I owe them money or they will take me to court. I was unaware that I have any outstanding parking tickets as I have had one previously and appealed it using this thread. I am proposing to send the below letter back but would appreciate any thoughts or advice. Thanks in advance.

Further to your letter dated XXX, I would like to voice my absolute disgust at receiving such a threatening and harassing letter with no basis or strength to the allegations and threats.
The first point I find implausible is that your letter dated XXXX, offers me 14 days to respond to your requests for money I do not owe, however, being as your letter arrived at my home on XXXX having been sent second class, you have in fact given me just seven days to dissolve, appreciate and build a case against the matter.
The second point I wish to raise, which has actually caused me severe distress and upset, is that you are claiming I owe a sum of XXX for parking fines I have not been made aware of, or in fact had a chance to appeal.
I am presuming, as the letter you sent offers no explanation as to what charges you claim I owe, that the alleged parking tickets were given at XXXXX. I say this as I have in the past had dealing with PCM regarding unwarranted parking tickets and they have all been through parking in a visitor bay outside a friends home.
I am unsure if you are aware of the company you represent, however, there is a large amount of controversy surrounding PCM and their actions as the local residents in the area have suffered due to their actions. I would not and will never pay a parking ticket issued by PCM as their actions are illegal. Previously I have appealed tickets issued with success on every occasion. I would have in this matter dealt with any tickets in the same way.
As a company PCM are obligated to inform me of any outstanding tickets, any correspondence or contact I have had with PCM has been addressed and I am sure I have no further outstanding dealings with the company.
I would appreciate confirmation from you that this matter has been dealt with and that the letter received from your company was an administrational error.
Yours sincerely,

seven days to dissolve digest
administrational administrative error
Other than that it looks OK to me.
Did they say they WILL take you to court? Or did they say they'd suggest recommending that their client considers thinking about possible court action?

Looks like a completely OTT rant to me. How about
Dear Sir, I have no knowledge of this ticket, please ask your client to send me full details. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks for your reply!

They have said that since all other attempts have failed their client may now instruct us to take legal action against me in the County Court.
I am not aware of these other attempts though :S0 -

Just be polite and gently bat the ball back to them, it works for me all the time, and costs them money. Your proposed reply marks you down as a bit of a looney. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Polite and gently - just like that. Quality! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Would the below be a bit better? I understand my letter is a bit angry but I am quite distressed receiving a letter of this kind.

Thecharges you are claiming I owe have not been presented to me. I am unaware of the datessurrounding these alleged offenses, therefore there isn’t anything to suggestwho was driving the vehicle at these given times as the car has been shared amongsta few drivers which would make it difficult to single out. [not sure about this bit? Saw advice that you should be clear you may not have been the driver]
Your urgent reviewing of this case would be appreciatedand confirmation that this matter has been investigated and the letter receivedfrom your company was an administrative error.
Yours sincerely,
