    yup , but it is,nt the directors that have acted badly,


    sorry , that's tosh , but the IAS "claim" that "skilled barristers" are doing there appeals , ?????? yup I know a lot of "skilled" barristers that spend an hour on paperwork for £15 NOT!


    unless the SRA can force the directors to disclose the barristers involved its a dead end, and even tho the directors are solicitor's I don,t think the SRA can force them to name the "idiots"


    after watching the SRA dealings with Mr swarts/Swartz/etc etc , they are as bad as the BPA for protecting there own "members"

    It's fairly obvious the output from the IAS has never seen a trained solicitor/barrister, and I'd hope that the SRA would be able to do something about a company pretending to be a solicitor, especially if enough pressure is applied.

    Sure, a single complaint will do nothing, but a single complaint for each IAS 'decision' will have to be noticed by someone. Ditto for the DVLA.
