ok so on the newbies thread and the first stage of "appealing to the PPC" and send cms the template though eliminating the part of the POFA 2012 as ive already revealed i was the driver.

Is this all i should do then wait?

i have read the other threads on cms however they all seem slightly different circumstances to mine in one way or another!?

Greatly appreciate your time and advice!!

it appears you have already appealed to CMS and been refused

your next stage is a bespoke appeal within 21 days of that email, to the IAS , using your pcn number

some people say appeal to the IAS , others say ignore this stage

    the choice is yours

as you have already appealed to the PPC, its either IAS or ignore (or pay)
