    So SJ was right! I called the bank and paid £500 to my mortgage!!!

    Was very excited but when I look at the figure it almost looks like more and I think it's cause of all the 9s in it!!!! Totally psychological I know!!!:rotfl:

    I know exactly what you mean, hence my knotty payments getting my balance to end in 0.00 ;)

    I'm glad someone else's brain works the same as mine. :D & well done breaking the barrier :T
    Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:

    So I have wages, expenses and dividends all sussed out now!!!! The accountant is going to give me some sort of statement to show what I'll actually earn. I'm looking forward to seeing that and seeing how it can help me towards mortgage freedom!
