Change from Orange PAYG to Contract, Get Free Broadband, keep existing number...

Hi all! Lot of questions.
Here's my current situation. I have an Orange PAYG phone. Quite happy with it, but I'm topping up by around £10 a month, sometimes more. Think the battery's on the way out, too...
I've got Orange Broadband, which I understand to be their Starter package, 2MB speed, 2 GB usage. Thing is, I was with Wanadoo before and so I'm still on the same package - paying £17.99 a month. The package currently retails at £14.99 or Free with a £30 mobile contract.
So... here's the question:
I want to get a contract mobile (thinking Nokia 6300) on an Orange 18mth contract for £30 (think it's Canary, but not sure). I want a cashback deal to make it cheaper, and I want to keep my existing number. I want free broadband, too.
From reading reports, OSPS do a deal that would suit for an equivalent of £14.99-ish. That's the same as the broadband, seeing me get £30-worth of mobile contract Free! Gotta be better than topups.
Can I do it?

Sure? I read on the OSPS website (I think, might have been one of the other cashback sites that I didn't know existed until this week...) that you can't change an Orange PAYG number to a Contract.
From reports on here I'm sure that I can get the contract with cashback and the broadband will still work, it's just the keeping my own number that I'm stuck on.
Also, does anyone have any pointers about the Nokia 6300? Ta.
