Further to my first thread about issues that might come about from lenders interpretation of the MCD are there any brokers on here who have experience dealing with applicants who have non UK salary?
I want to make sure we are well prepared when the time comes to pull the trigger (hopefully after September)
To give some background. Deposit is currently 50k but will grow each month. House price max 250K and looking at Northwest Manchester area. Household income circa 80K. Both early 30's i have zero debt, wife has about 1k on credit card
Any brokers on here who would be prepared to work on our case?
Thanks
Andy

The important thing Andy is that the income is remitted into the UK.
Payment in USD, Euro etc, lenders can handle.
Situations like an enquirer to our firm last week that was paid in the U.S. and was paying no UK tax as no income arrives here do not work.I am a Mortgage Broker
