But I did have to go shopping today. Mostly muggle and still managed a pretty respectable £5.79 APG from my muggle shop.
I did find some matches, and not caught up properly so might be as mentioned. Bull Brand 3 packs of cooks matches for 38p.....don't compare anywhere. I also found 10 packs of RTC tie top handle black bin liners for 70p.....these did not show on APG at all old or new.
I hope no one has enough cockroaches to need any more than 10 tins of cockroach killerfree or not! :rotfl::rotfl:
in answer to the person who asked if we keep tabs on what we spend in real cash every month.....I do, and I always include time and travel in it. My supermarkets are quite far away and not always worth the petrol to go glitch chasing. Also time is money? :eek:if you work from home/self employed etc.....you have to weigh up if a glitch is financially worth it. Yes it ok to spend £1000 on shower gel/shampoo/air freshener....whatever if it only cost you £100. But that £100 is now sat in your shed waiting on someone to use it. it's easy to get carried away.....I have plenty of times.
I glitch pretty small scale these days and have upwards of six people to service on most occasions. As toiletries go......we will never run out. The buzz wears off.....or it should if you are sensible. unless you have a good market to sell it on to.....hoarding thousands of bottles of shampoo and shower gel will never be cost effective
you might have saved but your £100 is still sat in the shed......:o it's just my experience of having been there
And I spent a few grand on getting a new garage built to store my stash. I am joking as we needed rid of the old absetos one. But if it wasn't for my shopping habits I would not have included a section for my stash.
Although since having a great space to store things it has calmed me down I don't rush out to buy things now because I can easily see what I have stock of. I do think while I was continuing to buy buy buy and shoving stuff here there and everywhere I was not really aware of how much I had and what a huge habit shopping had become for me.
I agree there is a certain buzz when you first start glitching, you think you will never get the same good deal again but having been at it a few years now, things do come round again and again.
The last radox handwash glitch I had a gap on my shelf of Ts RTC's and I just bought 8 enough to restock it and stopped. I know now from experience another glitch/RTC will come around before I run out.
And FC mentions petrol, I would often go on a late night road run from one store to another especially hunting out 1p finds at Ts. But I limit myself now and my petrol costs have gone down considerably. :T Think only done one late night trip in the last few months for the Fairy few weeks ago. Oh just remembered the 20p sauces/olives too. But I could disappear off at a drop of a hat:o
But overall I find things a lot calmer not having to walk over bags of stuff as I walk in the door with no where to put them. I admire those that make it a way of making money by selling things on but that's not what I'm about and I would warn people of getting to the point I did where you can not look anywhere without seeing stuff. In the end it gets you down. Life is for living not shopping. :beer:0 -

Use the TOR browser (get new identities until it works) or Zenmate with Hong Kong selected and chrome incognito also works.0 -

Everyone is good thanks (well, we're taking DD2 to a specialist clinic in London next week to assess/correct a lip and tongue tie that no one up here will do anything about but we're all good)
I've actually not been shopping much (well, not as much).
I had an exam today!
Hope you get help and advice from the specialist ((hugs))
How was the exam?0
