Tbf I've been on a strength training programme for last 8 weeks and I've put 8llb on. Really hoping it's muscle as clothes still fit but I do feel chunkier . I've stopped focusing on the number on the scales as my aim is to get leaner, fitter and stronger xx

Thanks Munqui, I had seen this and I am tempted as great price but my lads have some weights so have just been running upstairs and pinching them (very MSE) :rotfl: xx

eBay is a good place for cheap weights, especially collection only listings, MSE's eBay tool is very useful for that :money:
