Surprisingly well! He's had no breakages since the initial 5 or 6 in the first couple of weeks  I'm still on toothbrushing duties though and will be for the duration I think.
Yes, it's tightened every 6-8 weeks. They're only supposed to be allowed 4 breakages in the duration of the treatment but thankfully they gave him a bit of leeway.......they know what a long slog we had to even get to the point he could have them fitted :A

Ah that's good, it will all be worth it, he's doing brilliantly. Well done you for perseverance too, it will pay off when he has nice straight teeth :)

So i just got the exciting news that my flat should be finished in the next few weeks - after living back at home for 2 years to save pennies i am most excited! However....i have brought wallpaper for everywhere - my bedroom, lil mans bedroom and front room - and just been told cannot wallpaper for first 2 years (have to wait for settlement cracks!), am absolutely gutted - i really dont want to live with Magnolia walls! builder has told me i can paint - has anyone seen any bargains anywhere for paint? i know this probably isnt the right place to ask, but having been reading this thread for weeks now and trying to learn tips off you all (im slowly getting there!) i thought i'd ask anyway...thanks xx

If you want a wallpaper like effect there are stencil rollers you can get. I first saw them on The Great Interior Design Challenge. If you don't have a steady eye can always mask off a line to follow. Not sure where you can buy them (written in a note book somewhere). Sure etsy or pininterest would have details.

I am also excited. Put a holding deposit on a new build house yesterday. Due to be ready in September. Gives me time to deal clutter here first:rotfl:
Will be back on the property ladder again but more importantly will have much more security.
    Thanks to my wonderful Dad:A

deffo not my sort of colour either, but after trying it on, it just felt so right, it hangs in all the right places and feels so comfy, i am booked in for a spray tan tomorrow ;)
