We have a large gravelled drive and it gets a fine spray twice a year. If you do it while the weeds are growing, ie lots of green growth the weed killer will travel down to the roots and they'll be dead in a matter of weeks. Once dry it's completely safe.
I used to buy pure liquid glyphosate from the local allotment shop. They sold it in glass coca cola bottles can you believe.

It was definitely the REAL THING and worked a treat. Nowadays I buy Round Up....not as strong but does the job if you get the mix right:)

Ah thanks for this, we've used round up before but I think this time we will hire a professional spray container thingy from the plant hire shop :)

    Shopping trip was fab :D:D

We both found dresses for various weddings coming up :T

We found a wedding dress too :j unfortunately by the time she decided she wanted to go and try it on, they were too busy but we have an appointment to go back for trying it on. It is a gorgeous dress at a brilliant price so I think she may buy that one, but we shall see.

The dresses for the weddings were found and tried on in one shop, then bought in the branch closer to home so we didn't have to lug them round with us. Only we couldn't find her dress  we asked in the shop and they said they'd not seen it. Then on the way to the till we found it :j:j

Dressgate for me is "oh crap, I have deliberately bought it two sizes smaller and I have until July to make sure it fits me "

    We like positivity. :T:T:T
Always thought that you were a size 6/8. Don't go to small.

    Evening all

Had a little trip to Ts after tea tonight and hit whoopsie time just right :) Managed some fruit and veg for a change. Usually only manage bakery... my waistline will thank me :D It won't thank me for the M&Ms, Bulmers or burger rolls for cashback though :p
After I got home and the boys were bathed I went out rather nervously for my run. I DID IT :j:j:j Legs like jelly by the end but I kept going for 20 minutes. Can't believe 4 weeks ago I was praying the woman on the podcast was about to say my 90 seconds were up :rotfl: I even kept going a bit extra after her 'well done' tonight as there was a bloke running towards me and I was too embarrassed to stop until I was past him :o Rest day tomorrow and then onto week 6.

    Go logie Go
