11+ is an advanced Elite technique used with instore RTC - buy 11 (no point getting more) and for some reason it forces the apg to compare the 10 items at full price that appears on A or MSM. Old apg only.

It may still be less hassle to get C&C but this works with items that appear on MSM but have been delisted for ordering from your store too. The challenge is because you are buying 11 (matching 10) it is likely going to be a large apg.
