Happy birthday Hilbern. I hope you enjoyed the chocs and I hope the sun stays out for you.
It's been a busy weekend for birthdays hasn't it? I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. I'm sure Tinyshoes had a fabulous party and that the dress was a success! I went to a 40th party last night and had a good dance. I used to beg people to get up and dance with me but I give up now. I just get up on my own and dance away carefree. It's a lovely feeling when you stop worrying about what you look like! Ha ha.
I can't believe its Sunday again already. No roast for my neighbour today. I cooking fajitas.
Enterprise I do feel for you. I can never believe how selfish and inconsiderate people can be to family. It seems close supportive families are a rarity.
yes I know what you mean when you can get up dance and you don't worry what people think:rotfl:0 -

My mother was accused of something similar when my Nannie died. My uncle wanted his share of her so called money. It equated to £30my mums boss in the end called my uncle who had harassed my mother endlessly. Told him he would write a personal cheque as soon as my uncle sent a third share for the funeral that my mums boss had leant her
He wound his neck in,never seen him for over 20 years and then he turned up at Mums. I tried to be civil but when he started off slagging off my Nannie and my father I walked out with a few choice words. My father would have banjoed him into next week and I told him so.
I have never seen him again.
Anyways good morning lovely people. My online family xxxxx

Good morning all.:D
Lots of birthdays recently I see from my catchup. Happy birthday to all who are or have been celebrating.
Hope TS's party went well. I vaguely followed 'dressgate', and thought that all the advice was sound. Definitely no 'shapewear'. No comfort when you're trussed up like a chicken ready for the oven.
We only have a couple of days left now.:( We're making the most of them. Lunch invite yesterday followed by a dinner invite too. Ate far too much. SW went out of the window during the holiday, so am dreading my next weigh in.
I am cooking Jerk Chicken to take to the beach today, with the addition of some Jamaican Patties bought locally. All very non SW:rotfl:
Couple of pics for you
View from our balcony
Couple of ducks on a salt pond
Have a lovely day.

Glorious, I will miss the pics when you get home:(0 -

We were at a "do" the other week. There was entertainment and a meal. On the table behind us there was an older man eating on his own and when the disco started he got up and started dancing on his own. I couldn't bear it so I got up to dance with him. He then moved over to the other side of the floor and turned his back on me, so I was now fancy on MY own.:rotfl:
So my friend had to get up and dance with me as I was dancing on MY own.
I tell ya what:rotfl:

Mr TM and I visited Majestic Wines yesterday in the quest for his perfect red wine.. They were very knowledgeable and had lots of wines opened to taste....none of which were any good. Mr TM said he was looking for something smooth and mellow probably a Merlot.
We came out with 2 expensive bottles....but 25% off when you bought 2......plus a free invite to a tasting evening:)
We opened the more expensive of the two last night and he said it was like vinegar.
I'm just back in from A with a bottle of the blossom Hill Californian red. There's a £1 off on Stroppytikes. Should compare to T bringing the price down to £3.50ish.
Guess who is going to be a hit naughty tonight:oTo do is to be. Rousseau
