    Evening elite,

Please could anyone help with mighty deals? I've had no email but when I log in I have a redemption code. Despite half an hour of searching here there and everywhere I can't find where I need to put this flipping redemption code :( Not using them ever again. Thanks and I hope everyone is well.

There's virtually no change in M today - I can't remember the last time I had so little change on the Wednesday (since I started doing the Mondays as well) - actually I probably can:rotfl:, it might have been when the Herta Frankfurters was just about the only item to change (went up in price). So, very little change today, which means there will be a lot of changes on Monday:( - indeed there are quite a number of 'offers' due to end on 24 May, although I've not preplanned enough to note what they actually are. Including, though, at least one current expensive mbuy 'offer' that I hope does end:rotfl:!:p (I may be glad when that's expired - might be better priced than it currently is:rotfl::rotfl:!)

Anyway, right back to today... the main change is that the Pyramid Tea Bags (160) have gone up from £2 to 'screaming' red label background £3 - still out at the front of one of my stores, along with some of the 'offer' stuff, as if nothing has changed... but, ha ha, you thought I wouldn't notice but I caught you!!:D:rotfl: So, avoid. I bet a few people (that don't see this thread) are paying a pound more than the price of earlier this week!

And the Penasol Sangria (75cl) - previously 2 for £5 - appears to have gone to £3.38 straight! There's cheaper Sangria than £2.50 each available in A anyway (see msm).

The Counter Mackerel at £3.66/kg is back. They only seem to sell that on Wednesdays:rotfl:. So, it is different after all to the prepacked ones which are at £4.99/kg:eek:. I think, as regards T PP, probably forget it - I think they collect on Mondays and Thursdays so will be stuck on Monday at present and may not be at the fish counter on Thursday for all I know.

Of course they'll be more changes on the M list:rotfl:. Including some that were there on Monday but I hadn't got onto the list - to be fair, I had got the Bombay Dry Gin already but just needed to make absolutely, doubly sure that it was "Distilled" and therefore the same one as in A. However, I'm not filled with confidence as the card with the offer price on it in my store isn't covering the BC label with its original £17.99 price enough for my liking. Besides, there is nothing to scan with a £15 price - not that BCs have prices anyway - so, maybe £15 or maybe £17.99 on the APG.

The Gale's Honey should still be on. However, one of my stores has now decided to use the, probably unlawful, tactic of having several on the shelves but showing no prices at all for the ones that are 10p and 5p - instead people can see the in excess of £2 ones around them! To be fair, it's not right to call it a 'tactic', instead probably just a 'decision', by a very junior member of staff, to take the SELs away as perhaps they feel the price might be wrong or 'can't possibly be right' but, in doing so, they then have stock on the shelves but no price labels. However, the Gale's Set Honey is showing 10p in my further store and, on that basis, I assume that the Gale's with Vanilla is still 5p (they had no stock left in that store). They also had some out of date(!) Gale's Blossom Honey, with no price:mad::mad::naughty::rotfl: in the first store but it scanned at £1.50:eek:.

The Classic Bouquet (cf. Pink Harmony) now has a 400 "More" points offer (on price of £4) so 10% cheaper in M itself than M's own shelf price if points are taken into account (hopefully it won't compare against £10 Pink Harmony at A:rotfl:). However, what is the point, as the whole point was that the Pink Harmony in A was somewhat much larger and that if that compared and took 10% off it would therefore have been much better! Moreover, I reckon the size of the Classic Bouquets has now gone down (they had an offer with extra stems I think a few weeks ago, which saw me remove the Pink Harmony from the M list as 'extra free' might have caused them to make them non-comparable - but, now they've gone back, I don't think they are even as much product as what they were before - gone down in size so much as to make me remove the Pink Harmony from the list and think 'absolutely not anymore', so that explains why that has been removed from the list). As for the Mixed Roses, even if they were to compare, I think it would be not much difference anyway. It just seems to show how expensive flowers in A are:eek: and seems little point as the ones in A are, to me, not much and neither are the ones in M.

The Disney Cars plasters are £1; however I'm thinking this isn't very good anymore - indeed it is among the full price:eek: M own brand plasters in my store and similar price - actually a little more expensive - to them so that is why I was ignoring/missing it. It's also only 16 plasters and, at that, works out more expensive than full price (£2.29) on 40 pack Elastoplasts.

Finally, there are some Apricot punnets in M at 99p - they won't compare from A, they never do!(:rotfl:) - and, rather unusually, they are now 325g rather than the previous 300g of when they were in store many months ago. A's (assuming A have what they had before) is bigger and still within 10% of 325g just the same as within 10% of 300g but, either way, I very much doubt the products will compare.
