For the last child, the dustbin men refused to empty my bin... the argument that followed worked!

I find it more of a surprise people are emailing them and actually expecting a response (or that MSE got a response for that matter!). Read their FB, diabolical service that really does need attention as they could be a good company - they do have some good offers from time to time, but if anything does not go to plan they are worse than useless, based on personal experience, customer service is next to non-existent and issues go unresolved for months .

I don't think it's regarded as sophisticated, fairly standard in marketing emails.
