They can stick it up their jaksy

Couldn't have put it better myself fuzz :DI don't expect anything from my email. I was just  at spurious claims that they can tell which emails you have read and haven't. Bloomin ridiculous!

100 gms oats ( flanahans or similar )
    1 mashed ripe banana
    tablespoon linseeds
    taplespoon chia seeds
tablespoon peanut butter ( whole earth or any)
    tablespoon raisins

Put in a bowl add enough milk to cover oats ( almond soya coconut or any) depending how wet you like your porridge. Mix well ( bit tough cause of peanut butter but needs blending well)
Divide into individual portions in airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
Serve with stewed apple, blueberries or anything else you fancy.

dd microwaves for 30 seconds to soften up.

Thanks rose. I will try this. Do you think Asda blue tube porridge oats are good enough :) Weirdly I have some of those In my cupboard:rotfl:

Hi looking for advise was thinking about buying a Karcher WV5 Premium Window Vac on offer at Tesco Direct for £70 but see they also have Vileda Windomatic Window Vacuum for £30 does anyone have either of these or know anything about them.
    Thanks

We have the Karcher window vac and love it, it is so easy and makes cleaning windows/shower, wardrobes, mirrors, tiles sooooo easy with no streaks. I have seen the Vileda one .. red box? but have not tried that one, we already had the Karcher before the Vileda one came out.
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

HP I don't know what you've read but there has been no such thing. You could be referring to one of 2 things.......

The general banter (and it's nothing more than that) that has gone on for a long time on here between some posters. There's nothing malicious in it all. Some of us enjoy it :o

Or you have stumbled on the rather unpleasant posts that came out of feelings running high after the election? That did get out of hand, I agree. But there was no abuse against Scots in that. Quite the opposite in fact.
