Vodafone won't let me complain!!

But surely they should also have to follow the complaints procedure? That's the real problem here - vodafone clearly publish a complaints procedure (which doesn't include writing to them and has no address listed) but then they don't follow it.
The address is listed under the 'customer charter' which seems to outline a slightly different process to the 'custoner complaints procedure'.
I just don't think it's OK to make it so hard to complain.
Incidentally, I attempted to complain several times before getting a pac code but they simply made it impossible. They simply placed me on hold and left me there for half an hour, time after time!
I'm just anxious to get my number ported today so I can actually call and text again after 5 days out of touch. It's just been a miserable experience start to finish and I'm just so glad I decided to test it on payg before being trapped on a contract.

The head office address is also given many times elsewhere on the website even the bottom of the home page ...The address is listed under the 'customer charter' which seems to outline a slightly different process to the 'custoner complaints procedure'.

It's not the complaining that's hard, enough people manage it esp. with Vodafone. The hard part is getting a resolution !I just don't think it's OK to make it so hard to complain.
As you do with a lot of call centres ...I once spent 3 hours 20 minutes with BG ....thought it was a record but turns out it wasn't even close :rotfl:Incidentally, I attempted to complain several times before getting a pac code but they simply made it impossible. They simply placed me on hold and left me there for half an hour, time after time!
Good luck with that ...Vodafone and porting seems to have lots of problems in recent months, fingers crossed for youI'm just anxious to get my number ported today so I can actually call and text again after 5 days out of touch. It's just been a miserable experience start to finish and I'm just so glad I decided to test it on payg before being trapped on a contract.
