I'd it possible to increase this tiny font?

My Google Chrome app font size is maxxed out but MSE forum s are not allowing it to work
So there must be a local setting for increasing font size because im struggling to read it

When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?
