buying a car. paid deposit. just noticed price wrong on paperwork! HELP

    OP ... are you still expecting to pay £7100 plus your old car, for a taxed and tested "new" car? Was that the agreement you came to? If yes then how that is subsequently detailed doesn't really matter as long as you get the agreed vehicle for the agreed price.

    I certainly do not agree and I wouldn't accept paying for an error on the sellers part. I find it amazing that you will accept this sort of practice, I suppose that's how they get away with this dodgy dealing.
