Nationwide Flexclusive ISA 1.6% - or not

Be aware that while the new issue 9 pays 1.6%, older issues have not been automatically updated.
If you have an older issue, check the rate shown online!
(Yes, I know it's a standard bank trick, and I know many MSE people are familiar with this trick, but this is a warning for the unwary.)

Yes and with NW that's generally good. I'm getting the higher old rate of 1.75%0

Another recent change.
Prior to 1 April I believe the flexclusive ISA didnt allow transfers in - now it does.0 -

I update issue 4 at my own request which was not 100% pain free as you can't do it logged in as you get a withdrawal and a deposit rather than a transfer. Easiest way I found was over the phone.
Transfer in from Santander was a different matter. Requested it late Thurday and all done and dusted by Sunday. Looks like Satander are no longer interested in Cash ISAs whereas Nationwide appear to be upping their offering and game.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

I scanned the T&Cs but couldn't see this answered. My FlexDirect drops in rate in July when the 12 months are up, so after that I'd want to switch it away. Would that impact on the ISA if I opened one today? I'm hoping that the current account only needs to be in place when the ISA is opened.0
