Update
Having obtained some further legal advice, we spoke to the dealer today who has offered us:
1. Full refund on the car
2. He will obtain a Literature book and give us a refund of £150?
Legal advice said that because car was advertised with full service history and now we do not have a full service history we can ask for partial refund.
What is a literature book? How does this compare with a service book? How can they find all our the services and put them in a new book - if they weren't serviced by Ford?
Just trying to weigh up our options.Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0
