The offers seem to be popping up at random and bear only limited relationship to what I am using my cards for. Once or twice I noticed they weren't displayed at weekends but they came back again after a few days.

It's difficult to build up your post count, is it? So difficult that you can only manage to copy and paste other people's posts and make them look like yours? And that you have to pretend that you have a 123 account in Montgomery, Alabama?

Rest assured, once you are allowed to post links (if not before), your posts will disappear quite quickly. Perhaps cut your losses now and move on to a place where they don't mind about spammers.

My retailer offers have vanished from display this morning. They'll probably be back before long.

And they are back this morning.

Was in Santander yesterday, I asked if retailer offers were available for debit and credit card and was advised only available on debit cards.

Thanks. The Santander member of staff was so sure. Not the first time I've been given wrong advise by Santander staff.

You should officially complain about this. Santander cannot improve if they are not being told that their staff give incorrect advice. You would have to provide some evidence of what exactly the questions and the answers were.

I tried the retail offer for the first time at Waitrose last week. It seems that unlike Lloyds, cashback does not count. Anyone know if giftcards count? I'm curious how they separate the cashback potion from the transaction, as I thought they only get the final figure for payment. Do they have a special arrangement with the retailers with details of the transaction?
