Santander retailer offers disappeared

Hi all, logged on to Santander yesterday to see my retailer offers had completely disappeared and accrued cashback already earned had also disappeared. Logged on again today and the retailer offers and earned cashback are no longer showing.
Is anyone else having the same problems?

This happened to me at the end of February. I sent a secure message. In the first response I was told the offers must have run out (very annoyed about that; they hadn't bothered to look at my account or would have seen that was incorrect). Having contacted them again, Santander said it was a glitch connected with being in my next 'financial month' and the amounts would shortly reappear. They did, but I fear that's no comfort for you. I'd try the secure message method first, or telephone if you've more time and patience than me!

Same here, (again !) went away - back this morning. No offers though :mad:

I have had my Santander account for almost two months now and have had no offers appear at all.

My account currently shows Boux Avenue, Patisserie Valerie, The White Company, Achica, The Body Shop, Starbucks, Morrisons and Waitrose. Only the last two are any use to me but I am not complaining as I have already benefitted to the tune of over £40 since these offers first appeared.

The offers seem to be popping up at random and bear only limited relationship to what I am using my cards for. Once or twice I noticed they weren't displayed at weekends but they came back again after a few days.

Mine seem to disappear at random times and come back. I think it is related to the date system that Santander uses. I would expect that they stop being displayed from 8.15pm on Saturday until midnight on Monday.

My retailer offers have vanished from display this morning. They'll probably be back before long.

Does anyone know if you can a use your Santander credit card with these offers or do you have to use your debit card.
