    I drive an EV and I have no qualms about blocking in a car that is parked in a charging point. The charging lead is locked in place whilst in use and needs an RFID card to release it so they can't just unplug me and drive around it.

    Would anybody feel it is appropriate to park in front of a petrol pump for hajj an hour when somebody needs to fill up?

    Another example of PE's car park management, which unfortunately their Lordships at the COA fell for.
    How well they manage [STRIKE]disabled bays[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]charging bays,[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]loading bays, [/STRIKE][STRIKE]cars parked over two or more bays,[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]cars parked causing an obstruction[/STRIKE], cars passing an ANPR in and out not always on same visit. :cool:
