You might want photographic evidence, but the courts don't! Furthermore, you're not entitled to see any evidence uless you opt to go to court and plead not guilty.

The police officer(s) will give their version of events, you give yours. The magistrates decide who to believe. That's the way it's worked for centuries, long before cameras were invented.
