Wanting to buy flights with Credit card

Options
I'm looking to go to Australia in January, paying for 3 people which will cost approx 3k altogether (we have free accommodation). I intend to get a 0% interest card & pay the minumum off until next year when I get a little bonus and I'll settle it all. I won't use it again after that.

My questions are - will I get that much limit on application? And is it feasible?

it totally depends on your circumstances (salary, credit history, existing debt). Many people get limits higher than £3k

What if the "little bonus" doesn't matirialise (or you lose job, get ill, etc. etc.)?
0% ends and high interest kicks in. That's exactly how many people get into debt trap.

Do you have a plan "B", e.g. £3K+ saved for a rainy day?

It's a Sharesave scheme that matures next Aug & it's doing really well. I'm guaranteed 1k but expect to get around the 3k mark. So if I only get the minimum I'll pay what I can & pay the rest from wages.
My wage is around the £14k a year mark and I'll apply in my name but that's not our household income. I learnt my lesson in debt in my twenties and vowed never to go there again so I'm confident I won't get sucked in. Haven't had a credit card for years hence the questions. It's a chance of a lifetime I don't want to miss out!

If you have a limited credit history, you may not get a 0% card at all, let alone the limit you need.

Silly question....will I know the limit before I complete the application? When I check my eligibility online it says most will approve me & gives me a min of £500 but Max is just '-'. No limits perhaps haha.
