The seller contracted RM to deliver the item, Their contractor lost it so yes it is the sellers fault.

Do you say "I am not responsible for items lost in the post" on your ebay listings?

I have no idea why you link losses via RM with sellers not paying out- have you read the first post at all? Or have you completely missed the difference between an item lost in the post which seller replaces and sellers not understanding their responsibilities with regard buyers ?

Explain how that would in any way assist either me as a seller or my buyers?

    Hello.
Well my thread seems to be turning into a ding-dong between 2 other posters.
The link to the Amazon seller is http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aag/main/ref=olp_merch_rating_1?ie=UTF8&asin=B000T9ZO76&isAmazonFulfilled=0&seller=A1AIU8QKU9UJIA

As I ordered the item the feedback was not the bad but if it was I would of gone elsewhere.

I hope the 2 posters can sort things out.
