Don't know if this is going over to the new Travelex Supercard as in another thread, but a word of warning.
I am going to Tenerife in the next few weeks and have been topping up the EURO Mastercard while the rate was high, 1.39 at one point.
I went to my local bank to draw some sterling to get euros, as to have some cash in pocket and the card came up as being out of date, expiry is 05/2016.
Having phoned their helpline I was told card was being replaced as it will not work as they are all being replaced, new card will be with me next Monday 11/05.
Cheers Thomas Cook, glad I wasn't in Tenerife when I found out, 3/5 days to get the money back to your Bank Account!!!

A further update on the mystery.
The card I originally opened up the account with stopped working while we were in Spain, a new card with a different number was issued, these 2 cards showed up on my account web page, both with the same balance.
When the expiry date on the original card expired (04/15) it also blocked the new card, it would have also blocked any new card they were sending out to me. The girl in Thomas Cook shop sorted it out and issued me with a new card and transferred balance, my new card is not on my account web portal page, there fore not linked to other previous cards.
Complicated yeah, I don't understand it either!!!!0
