    All depends on the hours: if the council insist on reporting employment at 17hrs then no you will not be eligible for JSA as you should be claiming WTC.

    Whats worse is in a couple of weeks, they want to send me on a course and pay me for the extra couple of hours in that day, when they wont as in everyday working practice. So that will take me over the 16 hrs, and need to stop all the "change of circumstance" HB,CTB, Tax credits again, and i guess make a claim for one week WTC
