Sky price hikes - twice in a year??

Like everyone who has a Sky subscription, we have received a letter advising of price hikes taking effect in June.
However, having looked through all of my documentation for my Sky subscription, we had an increase on TV in September 2014.
Having looked at the Terms and Conditions of the TV, it states that:
Will the price of my subscription(s) rise during the Minimum Term?
Under the Sky digital Subscription Contract we can increase the prices for the Stand-alone Premium Channels or extra Sky Premium Channels at any time during the Minimum Term.
However, in all other cases we can only increase the relevant Subscription Payment once during the Minimum Term. This increase won’t affect you during the first 60 days of your subscription to your chosen service(s) and will not be more than either 10% of the standard price of your Option or the increase in the UK Retail Price Index over the last 12 months before we tell you about that price increase, whichever is greater. Under the Sky digital Subscription Contract, if at any time you change your chosen Service, you will pay the then current price for your new Service from the day you first receive it.

We have a Family Bundle and Sky Movies. My contract started in Aug/Sept last year for 12 months, so as I've had a price increase in September, they can't increase my bundle part of the contract again till Aug/Sept. Which means my increase should have just been on the Sky Movies part (Premium Channel) which would be just 50p.
I'm guessing therefore they are in breach of their Terms and Conditions!?! I have spoken to two people at Sky, but neither were very helpful. One wrote notes on my file of a complaint, but wasn't sure if someone would look at it and get back to me! She's supposed to be calling me back tomorrow.
So if I'm correct, I'm wondering where to go now?? Any suggestions. Official written complaint?
