Hello.Ive not managed to read since Thursday so I was very sad to see your news Elona.I'm really glad you had your blessing and have lovely memories,it must be so hard for you all at present (((hugs)))

BB condolences to DD boyfriend too.
Judi what a lovely description of Soldier, enjoy your time with your visitors.

I've had a visit today from Ds2 and the children, dgd was on her way to a party so that was brief but they came for tea last night anyway. They were both in a good mood :) When I was packing more stuff for the house move,I found a new book that I must have put away when DGD was younger because I felt it was too scary, and then forgot but I knew she'd love it now.I had to read it twice and she took it to Daddy's.Minded DGS while DS did a little errand,he was playing with a cardboard box,it kept him amused for ages:rotfl:

We had a night out in Manchester with our closest friends last night,we all enjoyed it until we were on the way home(friend was driving) and our junction to come off the motorway was shut, due to an accident I think. We had to go quite a few miles further on and she was getting a bit stressed because she didnt really know where she was going- lets just say the men had enjoyed a tipple and werent much use at navigation! We got there in the end though.

Lyla& I enjoyed our walk this morning but the weather deteriorated once we headed back. She managed to lose 2 balls ,her red setter pal pinched one and the other got lost and neither of them could find it,it was one of the woven cotton type & meant to be very strong(ha) & I only got it yesterday, reduced to 49p though so quite OS :DNot that much OS at the mo with all the house moving tasks going on,though I did use my £5 voucher at Lid1.

DG what a shame to hear of the miscarriage((( hugs)))
LW, a very large lick from lyla, might be a bit messy though shes chomping on a bone at the minute.

    Night all xx

Sorry folks, I've been overwhelmed with "life" the last few days, and not getting enough time to get onto MSE much. Plus I'm the sort of person who, when it all goes t*ts up, disappears to lick their wounds in private.
You and me both...otherwise everything comes out in one great big moan.

Back early from babysitting the little ones. My eldest daughter came home early with her partner so I came home.

At least I was there to take a photo of the girls before they headed off out.

The bride (my daughter is in white).

It is a lovely photo - especially your daughter.

We have been looking at the news item where the teenager asked for a selfie with Nick Clegg just as his (the teenager's) jeans fell down!!

We howled with laughter and imagined what DH would have made of it. Probably gone on to a website, shared it and subtly started an arguement then watched the ensuing debacle with enjoyment.

I know, I saw it earlier and laughed myself. Serves him right for having low rise jeans that show most of his underpants. He wont live that down in a hurry.

Just looking at a few photos I took today. Most of them were successful but I am still struggling with the settings of a new phone.

Took this one at the retirement home when we went to visit Mom today.

Its a beautiful photo isn't it?

As the day progressed I got more and more concerned about Soldiers behaviour....Then my daughter revealed to me they were having him tested for autism. He shows many traits of autism.
