I've tried in both Firefox and Chrome. Fails to display the characters properly in either browser. Might be something with my system settings but I don't have this problem with any other site

Did you try changing "Character encoding" in browser(s)?
    Or the default font?

I see Unicode and Times New Roman in my FF, but didn't try the new site yet and don't want to.

Something that struck me as odd in your screenshot was that the 's of Year's (item 2) displayed correctly, but the s' of Leaders' (item 5) didn't.
Seems to imply (to me anyway) that one was entered as an apostrophe and the other as some other similar character.
    A bit weird. ;)

Both apostrophes are rendering ok now, but the euro sign still isn't showing up in Chrome or FF, only IE.

Here's another minor layout bug that occurs on all three browsers - it's the sidebar on the http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/ page
