EE 2GB -> 1GB data allowance

Last month I took the MSE £95 Amazon voucher EE offer. The problem is that EE has set up a 1GB data allowance instead of the 2GB that the plan was for.
The robots from customer services insist the plan is for 1GB, no matter that the "Plan & add-ons" section of "My Account" says it should be 2GB and that there was no 1GB SIM only plan on sale on the website one month ago.
I already started using http://www.resolver.co.uk/, but has anybody else found the same problem?
