I think that you should press for POPLA to consider your appeal. When they find in your favour it will be the perfect rebuttal for any debt collectors letters that are sent on behalf of ANPR."
Hi
Not sure how i can do that as when i rang ANPR they would not give me a code just said they had sent one0 -

You are reading it wrong I'm afraid. The structure of a PoPLA code is well-known:
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/what-does-my-popla-code-mean.html
Armed with this information it's very easy to invent a valid PoPLA code, which is what the PPCs do. PoPLA doesn't know that any given PoPLA code has been issued until it receives an appeal.
Go to Parking Cowboys and try this one I just made up:

You'll find it's valid, and so will PoPLA unless they've already received an appeal carrying that code.Je suis Charlie.0 -
ok , thanks for that info ,0

Ask them (in writing) to re-send it.0 -
