I agree to try many sources , the TTrs is a nice motor if I were to buy one it would be brand new on the new platform, getting a vehicle at that price private it would have to be a dead cert bargain next to giveaway
You cant buy a TT RS new anymore as it was a limited production run, and thats why the values of used ones are strong - as per all RS models. This car would have cost close to £50,000 new, so clearly there are customers who will happily pay mid 30's for something this exclusive.
I think we are straying away from the point here - theres hopefully a good news story here for the O/Ps friend as they appear to have a sporting chance of clearing the finance hopefully by finding a third party willing to buy the car with ideally no cash input from them.
