Sassii, check your lease. Does it mention that there is provision for a PPC to run the carparking?. I'll bet it doesn't.

You have informed them that if they send you any further bills you will charge them £500 per bill. They have decided to enter into a contract with you to allow you to charge them this, by the mere fact that they wrote back to you.

Send them a bill for £2,500, reduced to £2,000 if paid within 14 days. If they don't pay, then start Court action to reclaim it.

Do this enough times (and make sure to keep your fellow residents informed as to what you are upto) and PCM will get so fed up of getting caned by you, that they will cancel the contract and disappear.

    P.S.
If you do decide to do this, don't forget to include the site's management company as co-defendants as PCM might not have any assets to sieze, but the ManCo will.

To be honest with you claiming a huge sum isn't exactly going to get you far. you should only claim for the exact losses you incur as a result of dealing with this nonsense.
You can charge up to £18 per hour but thats it, and the words used are up to plus any additional costs for stationary etc, but keep any receipts as proof

the key question is and remains what are the terms of your lease regarding parking - exact wording please
until you can answer that then any further reply is a waste of time

£500 seems to be the standard pay-out claimed (and paid) for people who have managed to get Council parking tickets over-turned on appeal.

The claim is made up of 25 hours of research and communications at £25 per hour. Councils tend to cough-up before the case reaches Court, so you never get to hear much about them.

Sassii could make their bill up as follows -

    1x letter handling fee @ £12.50
10 hours research time (looking at the lease and checking for legal caselaw) @ £18 per hour.

    Total bill per ticket =£192.50

They would be likely to be able to claim that back and be successful. Especially if they bill for each ticket separately.

    Thanks to you all

I sent a letter to PPC asked them there is no contract between us as I cancelled etc... and asked them to consider that letter as invoice for £500.

I got PPC reply after lap lap lap...saying '' the cancellation provisions that you refer to under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations do not apply to this contract.'' & '' PCM do not accept to pay your charges''
