Cancelling the contract with Private parking company

Hi All

where I live PCM manage the car parking & I won a lot of POPLA appeal and PCM stopped to annoy me. but after they joined IPC they started to give me some PCN i already sent to them cancelling letter and warned them if they issue more PCNs they have to pay me contractually £500.they gave me more 5 PCNs.

What can I do now.

    what are the exact words of your lease/rental agreement regarding parking?

    I would send them a bill for the £2500, reduced by 80% for prompt payment.

    Then file a small claims, where you can show the many tickets they've issued and have cancelled already as evidence that they are being unreasonable and harassing you.
