easyjet changed flight time, can I cancel without getting charged?

Options
Hello,

I booked a flight with EasyJet and they just sent me a mail saying that they have changed the time of my flight:
"These are your new flight details. If you are happy with the new flight times, you don't need to do anything. However, if the new flight times are no longer suitable; you will be able to rebook your flight using the services in “manage bookings” at easyJet.com. Changes can be made under the standard easyJet policies, as detailed within the terms and conditions section of our website."

Since this is not the flight I agreed to buy, is there any way that I can get a refund or am I stuck with having to pay to change the flight? I am not sure what my rights as a consumer are in this case.

Thanks.

Did you look on their website under their standard Easyjet polices that they mention?

Unless things have changed easyJet won't refund in case of schedule changes. They'll offer a credit for future bookings or a free flight change. You might be able to get your money back if you really push for it (probably depends on how much the flight has changed). Note that the rebooking option is for any route at any time so potentially you can rebook to a much more expensive destination for free.
