    BOS doesn't operate outside Scotland, so I guess most people opening Vantage(s) elsewhere in the UK represent nothing but a loss to the bank.

    They must be as I, living in England, get all my correspondence about my BOS accounts from their contact centre in Cardiff. Their post code is CF23 8RU so it is definitely Cardiff, Wales :)
