New Sky HD EPG

Has anyone got the new Sky HD EPG yet?

My box was updated last week, and I now have a Tab called All, which confusingly only contains recorded programmes, and they are in the reverse order to what they were previously, ie newest first.

Another Tab contains all planned future recordings. It also has 10 pages of 'Next series' listings, most of which I cannot recall ever having watched. It even lists the next series of Foyles War, which will apparently never happen. And two separate listings for the next series of Game of Thrones????

It's a very badly thought out update, and one which I do not like at all.

How do I get back to the EPG as it was, Mr Sky?

You can't. I like the new guide. The scheduled recordings but can be confusing as it plans to record future series of programmes which you watched last year so you usually ended up with a load of different programmes. But once the box has been updated to the latest software version it can't be rolled back

I like it. Newest stuff at the top, future recordings in a new tab called 'scheduled'. 'All' is all recordings. That's how most other boxes do it too.
Those series you know aren't going to happen - delete them. I had loads too, that would have been set from sky.com/nevermiss but I may have finished watching, and the programme may be over. That was stored somewhere, you just weren't seeing it. Now you can see it, you can delete it!
