What point of clarification are you seeking? You have points of contention which the standard appeal will cover, (take out the rant paragraph, especially as Aldi have confirmed cancellation) you add a final paragraph telling them that Aldi have cancelled. You won't get any 'cosy' reception asking a PPC for 'points of clarification'.
You won't be asked for £50 as suggested by Enfield Freddy - they only ask for that after cancellation by principal and after they have already commenced legal proceedings!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Apologies for cloak and dagger I do not want post in an open forum and I am confident with the process and appeal points etc but before I contact them I wondered that having no other means of contact that on submitting my enquiry via the appeals system I will then be able to use the same reference number to submit my full appealI Am Charlie0
