    I may be preaching to the converted but when I try to track people for whatever reason I put their telephone number into Google and get about 50:50 results. Also facebook can narrow it down or simply type name and town into Google. Not sure it's legal but it helps.

    You have their email address, so send an LBA via that. They don't necessarily know that you lack their street address, or that you need that address to serve notice of a civil claim.
    Costs you nothing, so worth a try.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    get a friend to contact them pretending to enquire about doing business with them-use your imagination , they can't be that well hidden surely.trickery will get you everywhere.
