Virgin ISA transfer authority form

I am wanting to transfer my National Counties ISA to Virgin. The transfer authority form asks for the sort code and account number of my existing NC ISA.
I am unsure of the sort code. I rang NC today and they gave me a sortcode and account number but this is NCs bank details for if I am paying money to them ie
Sort code 40-20-24
Account number 90614629
Payee's reference Your 10 digit National Counties account number number
This doesn't seem right to me. Would I be better leaving the sort code blank on the form?
Thanks for any help

Leave the sort code blank and write your NC account number into the account number field.0
