That's your old tariff-it ends on Thursday (April 2015). What tariff are you moving to then?
You need to do a comp site exercise based on what you will be paying in the next 12m, not the last 12m.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

That will cost you £1,017pa. Still a very expensive fix, because you could save up to 23%/£234 (plus cashback) with another provider. First Utility iSave Fixed May 2016 is coming out cheapest for your figures, but they are also notorious for billing problems.
Now you have your annual figures, don't rely on the supplier to pick your tariff-do your own research and switch accordingly-however, you'll need to clear the npower arrears when you do.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Thank you! Sounds like a plan!
As I rent I have to tell me landlord if I want to switch supplier but I'm sure that shouldn't be a problem.Read my diaryHere0 -

No you don't-such a clause is not enforceable. Your landlord cannot prevent you switching suppliers, it is not his/her account and therefore none of their concern, any more than it would be if you wanted to switch banks. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Oh I didn't know that!! I did think it was a bit odd that they wanted us to tell them if we want to switch, looks like I will be getting on some price comparison sites!!Read my diaryHere0
