    An amazing total for January! Well done everyone! It's great to be a part of it!

    My PAD today is £4.50 which is what I saved by taking lunch into work, rather than going out and getting something! I do think though, that I need to take a walk at lunch time just to get away from the place for 10 minutes!!!
