Morning all - last day of school for kids - looking forward to juggling children, dogs and work men...oh, and got to collect stepkids from the station later. Happy, happy, happy!
Double PAD for me today totalling £50. Half to savings and half to Tesco CC to try to pay down last minute Christmas buys. Thanks Sunshine x
BTW - all you lovelies feeling a bit down about little PADs, just remember - every penny counts and every penny paid is a step closer to debt freedom :j0 -
Morning all!
Last day for OH at work here, he's a teaching assistant. Looking forward to two weeks of an extra pair of hands with the two tinies even if I do have to prompt him to do anything half the time
So yesterday we sent PADs of £285.01 off to their various destinations... better in places like TTFTM's moneybox than the credit cards but we'll all get there and have our day on the debt free roll of honour! With that in mind, make your PAD and then think... can I PAD any extra today? Even 50p?
Have a good 'mad Friday' all x0 -
DizzyImp - very very true. Every penny counts. Sounds like a right juggling act in your house! We are pet free and intend to stay that way, too much like hard work (if you ignore the fish my sister has bought my sons for Christmas, as she has promised to also be responsible for their cleaning!!)
OK I made a PAD of £4 to the overdraft, but with my above post in mind I have also shipped £10 off the Barclaycard. So a total of £14 from me today x x0 -
Hi all!
£4.62 to MBNA for me today
slow and steady wins the race is my new motto....that's what I'm telling myself anyway! Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0 -

This coming from you with all your difficulties dizzy deserves a virtual something
I am dizzy so will have to try and get a GP appt soon (before the hols) just to get double checked (feels like labyrinthitis but don't know) - meant to phone at 8am but was in my pit! - oops
. So in the mean time even laptop aint easy and I have RSI from too much crochet LOL
Don't even mention my online banking woes.....tis minor! I have spreadsheets and a semi cash only budget :money:
So if you don't see me you know why
